The apartment is checked and cleaned prior to your arrival and we ask that you leave the property as you found it. Should it not be left clean and tidy, we reserve the right to make a surcharge.

The apartment is not really suitable for small children being situated on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views over the harbour wall. There is no stairgate and the close proximity of the harbour may be of concern.

 

                                         

 

Breakages and damage must be reported immediately.

Spills and stains especially on fabric and carpets should be treated at once.
